Crystal Sea
The Crystal Sea is the largest ocean in Asmiara covering a large portion of the center of the world. It is where the mermaid Queen Sereia resides her name is also the Asmiarian word for sea though used mostly by sailors. It was the first ocean created and where the mermaid city of Astoria lays along with the Mermaid Tears Pool where all mermaids return once a year.
It is known for its clear waters so clear that in many places you can see the sea life moving around. It is quite the sight from boats and traveling those waters and looking into them is quite the pastime.
The clear waters make for some beautiful waves and riding the waves lets you get up close and personal with the sea life that swims by.
Lor
The city of Lor is located in the middle of the ocean. There are islands nearby for those that don't want to live in the ocean. The city is built on the water and many of those closely linked to the mermaids reside there.
The Crystal Sea has no Star because it is guarded by the Queen herself whether it will always be such no one knows. Some say she wanted to give that honor to a child of her own flesh but has not found one worthy of the job.
