The Devry Clan was one of the tribunals along with the Giese, and Lavoie clans before Kyrell restructured the clans. The Devry started out as a part of The Morgan Clan that broke off later into two groups following the death of the witch queen Astrea. The Morgan Clan slowly vanished and only the Devry remained.
