The Forbidden Forest
The Forbidden Forest is a large forest in the country of Estyrar. It is the home to many of the fae courts and where most of them reside with their capital Nimriathil on a small island off the coast. Young witches like to explore it as a right of passage and in days of old leaders would be determined by taking groups into the woods and surviving. They say the forest moves and things do not stay the same. People have documented some of the places within unless they have moved, Enter at your own risk.
The Spring Palace is the seat of the Spring Court. It is the home of the Spring King also known as the Knight of Summer. The beautiful garden are always in bloom and spring is always in the air.
The Spring Forest is a small forest where the spring fae play. It is where the Spring Palace is located and it is always spring. It is where spring fae go to sleep or some of them when it is time for them to hibernate or when they are sick and need to reconnect with their season. It is also so the council of that court can work on things even outside their season.
The Autumn Palace the home of the Knight of Winter, also known as the Autumn King. A cute palace where the fall court meets and deals with business, a place where fall is always in season.
Where the fall fairies tend to go when needing to heal or sleep between seasons. It is always autumn and as such autumn colors are in season. A small piece of wood by the Autumn Palace where court business can be conducted even during downtime.
The colorful Summer Palace where it is always Summer and the estate of the Summer Queen. It is bright just like summer and is where the Summer Court does business.
The whimsical Summer Forest where Summer fae heal or rest during offseason. It is where they play and it is always summer there.
The bold stark white and blue Winter Palace is the home of the Winter Queen, nestled in the Winter Forest. It is where winter reigns and the Winter Court is always in session.
The Winter Forest always has snow on the ground because winter is always in season. It is the playland for the winter fae. They can hibernate between seasons, conduct business in downtime, or recover and realign with their roots.
The Animal Court has a small castle that they do business at. Mostly they are scattered all over the place mostly just holding meetings there. The animal court is welcome to use any court to do business or stay since they take care of all animals.
Enchanted Waters
Enchanted Waters is a magical pond deep within the Forbidden Forest. The water glistens with magic and some say that wishes are granted there.
Siyt Lake
Siyt Lake is a beautiful lake in the Forbidden Forest. It is surrounded by rolling hills and green meadows, a wonderful place as long as nothing is lurking in the shadows.
Iris Creek
Iris Creek is a small stream that runs through the forest. It is known for the purple flowers that lay along the path along the way.
Moonshadow Cascades
Moonshadow Cascades a beautiful waterfall within the forest. It has fairies and animals lounging around the lovely flowing waters.
Violet Grove
Violet Grove is a patch of trees with purple leaves and flowers. This small piece of forest stands out with its one color against the rest of the woods.
Secret Wilds
Secret Wilds is where some say the most animal exists in the forest. The fireflies illuminate the beautiful woods and it appears that it comes from a magical place.
Shadow Grove
Shadow Grove is where some of the deepest secrets of the forest hides, In the shadows small bits of light float around and it seems like one has wandered into a dream.
