Asmiara: Summer Court

The direction of the Summer Court is South and its element is fire. Fire like the summer sun hot it burns to scotch even the ground. Yet it brings warmth and life. In the life cycle, summer is youth. It is passion, clarity, action. It is freedom living in the moment being driven by your impulses. They are the very idea of summer. They embody what summer means.

Summer fae are playful. Summer fairies are often ruled by their emotions which are often changing. They can be frivolous and tend to be hot head. Often ruled by their passions they follow their whims and they're hearts. Sometimes they come off as childlike but don't let that fool you just because they like to have fun they can be just as dangerous as any other fairy.

Like the other courts, they too have changed to match the new court set up. The Summer Queen Ailionora has reigned longer than any ruler except Irial. And she said she has felt a change from who she was as if now she embodies summer in a different way than before. The loss of her old knight and a new one being picked among the solitary made her believe things were changing for her. So, she is now The Eternal Queen of Summer, also known as the Queen That Will Always Be, or the High Queen of Summer. Like winter she is Summer in a manner of speaking or as close as a fairy can get. She embodies all that Summer is and will be.

And it will always be true and like winter she will have a Consort of Summer, also called Summer's Consort, or Ambassador to Summer standing as a voice between the Queens of Summer. Just as The Summer Queen, also called Queen of Summer or The Queen that is reigns over the Summer Court in a more changing way though for how long who is to say all roles maybe permanent for all they know.It remains as the role always has and lastly Princess of Summer, known as Summer Princess, or Queen That Will Be helps the Queen and someday maybe queen herself.
